Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig November 21, 1983) is an American actress best recognized for her performances as Shannon Rutherford on the ABC television show Lost as well as Kim Mills in the Taken trilogy. Her birthplace was Worthington in Ohio. She dropped out of school after her parents separated to go in Los Angeles to live with her mother. Even though she had financial difficulties in 2001, her debut came in the role of Rachel's Room's primary character. The same character was played by Grace in Taken 2 and Taken 3 (both in 2012). Grace returned to the Lost series for the last two episodes as Shannon. Grace appeared on Californication's 6th season which ran from 2013 to the year 2014. The actress portrays Faith as a female groupie and also a model for stars. Hank Moody is played by David Duchovny. She is a member of the Gyllenhaal Family she's the younger sister to actor Jake Gyllenhaal. She began her career as a teenager with small parts in a few of the films of her father and starred with her brother in the popular cult film Donnie Darko (2001). She appeared next in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind as well as Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal's leading roles in Secretary, an erotico-romantic comedy, as well as Sherrybaby (a drama) received her nominations for Golden Globe Awards. Her fame grew after playing Rachel Dawes, a superhero in The Dark Knight (2008), thanks to several successful commercials she appeared in the year the year 2006.
